Description
Application:
- Coherent jet oxygen lances are mainly used in steelmaking processes such as electric arc furnaces to spray oxygen into molten steel. It can be used for initial decarburization, alloy addition, refining and other processes. It is widely used in all stages of steel production.
Performance:
- Deeper molten pool penetration: The cluster oxygen flow can penetrate deep into the molten steel, and the penetration depth is 80% higher than that of traditional methods.
- Stronger stirring effect: After the airflow enters the molten steel, a large-scale vortex will be formed, which greatly improves the stirring of the molten steel.
- Higher oxygen utilization rate: It can improve the steelmaking reaction kinetics and increase the oxygen utilization efficiency by about 20%.
