Description
- The main and auxiliary flow channels of the dual-channel oxygen lance are separated, and the oxygen pressure and oxygen flow rate are controlled separately. For the secondary combustion of furnace gas, increasing the scrap ratio has a good effect.
The split-flow oxygen lance has similar functions to the dual-channel oxygen lance and does not require an independent auxiliary oxygen channel. It has low investment and quick results, and is suitable for the renovation of old factories.
The slag attached to the cone oxygen lance can fall off on its own, which alleviates the problem of slag sticking to the oxygen lance, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and improves production efficiency.
The split oxygen lance has a semi-permanent lance tail. When changing the lance, only the damaged front working section needs to be replaced. The use of the docking flange makes the lance replacement more convenient and rapid.
