Advantages of forged nozzles:

(1) The forged nozzle has high strength and can withstand large impact loads. The forging process can produce a fine-grained structure and improve the physical properties of the metal.

(2) It can avoid the defects of pores and blisters during the casting and melting process. The mechanical properties of forging are generally better than those of casting of the same material because intact metal flow lines are preserved. In the case of poor steelmaking working conditions, the service life is relatively improved.

(3) The production cost is high and the product price is relatively high.
